Participant Guidelines:

  • Minimum age: 8 (under 16s must be accompanied by a full paying adult)

  • Accessibility:
    The London venue is accessible however,  the toilet facilities may not be fully suitable for all wheelchair users. 
    For all other venues, disabled access is available with prior notice, if you require this facility then please advise our partner at the time of booking (one person is able to accompany a disabled participant without charge)

  • Vegetarian, vegan, Gluten Free, Celiac, Halal, Kosher and Dairy Free alternatives can all be provided for on request.

  • The experience content, equipment used and restrictions may vary by location

Availability:

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It is essential that you book and take your experience before this date. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Courses run weekends throughout the year.

We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.

Please allow up to 2 hours for the whole experience, the actual time spent participating is 1 hour 20 minutes.

Timings may vary on the day, depending on the class size. Guests are requested to arrive 5 minutes before their experience is due to begin. Please don't arrive any earlier than this though, as there is little waiting space.
